Pinky has been experimenting in the kitchen for most of her life . Born in Calcutta, she brings international influences to most of her dishes — but she never lets stuffy “rules” get in the way of culinary innovation. Pinky believes that even the limitations of what you have in the cupboard can spark new ideas.
